Architect at Fidelity Investments

Mike Aeschliman is the Chief Architect for Fidelity Investments' internal cloud platform (aka click2compute).  Mike is a veteran of Fidelity Investments, having been with the company for over 16 years. Prior to leading the firm's cloud strategy, Mike spent the past 6 years in architecture roles within enterprise architecture and data center transformation. Additionally, Mike spent 10 years working on innovative development projects on behalf of the firms 401k and retail brokerage businesses.   Mike is an advocate of several open source initiatives including openstack, open compute and the open networking foundation. In addition to working on open source initiatives, Mike collaborates with the venture capital community, evaluating young companies and emerging technologies for technical opportunity.  Mike earned his MBA in Finance from Bentley Graduate School of Business and his undergraduate degree from Providence College.
